  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, debit and credit cards. We also accept Afterpay (4 equal payments) and we have partnered with Acima to offer a no credit needed lease to own option.
  • Do you charge a diagnostics fee?
    If the repair is a common & obvious issue (ie: screen replacement) we don't charge a diagnostics fee. If the problem is unknown, we may charge a diagnostics fee at check-in which will be applied to the total cost of your repair. If you decide not to repair your device, the diagnostics fee is non-refundable. Contact us or come by for more information on if a diagnostics fee will be applied.
  • How long will my repair take?
    Diagnostics can take 3-5 business days to complete. Once we complete diagnostics, we will contact you with an estimate and a time-frame to complete your repair. For many straight forward repairs such as screen & battery replacements, we can repair the same day. *Subject to parts in stock
  • Do I need an appointment to bring my device in?
    We do not require appointments for repairs or shopping. You can check in your device any time during our business hours.
  • Why can't you give me a quote before I come in?
    While we are happy to give an estimate for a repair before diagnostics, we do not offer a final quote. We complete diagnostics before offering a quote in order to give you the most accurate price so there are no surprises during the repair. There are many variables when it comes to quoting a repair and we want to give you an accurate quote and clear expectations.
  • What kind of devices do you work on?
    We work on smartphones, tablets, PC's, laptops, gaming consoles, and drones.
